Mounted scraper equipment for tractor T-130_T-170, TB-1M, TDT-55A, TT-44
Mounted scraper equipment when using the appropriate type of scraper can be used:
- for cleaning and dredging the bottom of rivers and reservoirs (various types of sedimentation tanks) with a width of up to 100 m (without pre-discharge of water) with direct loading of soil into a vehicle or with storage on the banks and subsequent cleaning;
- for digging pits with a depth of up to 10m or more and mining with loading of rock mass into a vehicle or with feeding to an enrichment plant;
- for sinking ditches and trenches with a width of 0.9 m or more and a depth of up to 10m. In non-rock and rocky fractured rocks up to the VII category of strength when using a scraper-plow.
The use of a three-drum winch on scraper attachments allows you to effectively work on an area with a capacity of 200-1000 m. Cube. per shift, depending on the type of size of the scraper used and the category of rocks being developed.
Mounted scraper equipment allows you to operate the bulldozer in stationary standing. In this case, only the teeth of the scraper bucket wear out. Minimal wear of the chassis of the basic tractor allows it to be operated for 8-10 seasons without major repairs of the chassis.
Mounted scraper equipment allows you to carry out the above work with lower costs and environmental violations and in areas with unacceptable angles of inclination, where the use of a bulldozer or excavator is impossible without preparatory work, as well as in areas heavily forested or marshy.
The optimised scraper blade with two rows of replaceable cleaver tines can be used to work efficiently in soft and rocky fractured rock up to hardness category VII.
Mounted scraper equipment includes a scraper and a frame on which a three-drum scraper winch is mounted with a special gearbox driven from the power take-off shaft of the base tractor. The frame is equipped with guide blocks and two end supports and blocks.
